What you need to provide

This is the simplified tech rider for The Magic of Lyn (MOL) — a package for smaller venues that cannot accommodate the full rider. Please provide the following:

A clean, clear stage 30’ x 16’ with wings and masking (minimum 12’ x 18’); MOL travels with her own pipe and drape if masking isn’t available.
A minimum of 4 (ideally 6) separate 20 amp circuits within 75’ of the stage.
A general stage lighting wash covering the entire stage, plus any additional specials, top light, cyc lights and high sides available.
One follow spot with a medium blue gel, and a light board able to program cues or submasters.
One table backstage and control of the house lights.
Load-in and crew: 7 hours before doors open for load-in and tech, access to all technical positions on arrival, a lighting technician and (if applicable) a follow spot operator, and roughly 2–2.5 hours for load-out. Parking is needed for MOL’s 35’ tour truck.
Hospitality: coffee, cold beverages and light snacks on arrival, a deli platter two hours into the call, and a hot meal after the show for Lyn and her crew of 3, plus two dressing rooms with private bathrooms.
MOL uses a haze machine and a small hand-held flash igniter as part of the show; three medium fans if the venue is not air-conditioned in hot weather.
MOL carries a small sound system suitable for auditoriums up to 1,200 seats; for venues with a balcony, two XLR cables and a house sound engineer may be needed.
